Singer and actress Jung Ye-in, formerly of the group Lovelyz, has shown her talents in the short drama 'Vending Machine'.

Jung Ye-in appeared as Nam Hyun-sun in the short drama 'Vending Machine', which was released on the 20th via Naver Clip and Chzzk.

'Vending Machine' is a short-form drama based on a Naver webtoon, featuring a thriller setting where a vending machine appears that grants any wish, but at the cost of one's life.

In the drama, Jung Ye-in plays the role of Nam Hyun-sun. Hyun-sun is a trainee at Moon-op Entertainment and a friend of Park Do-young (played by Jung In-sung), a character who hides her feelings for Do-young behind a bright and kind energy.

Hyun-sun is depicted as wavering in her desire to be loved after encountering the vending machine, and later making the decision to 'end the service' upon realizing reality.

Jung Ye-in conveyed Hyun-sun's complex emotional changes with stable acting. Furthermore, by expressing the fluttering heart hidden within the relationship of friendship based on moderate emotional expression, she clearly highlighted the charm of the character Hyun-sun.

Meanwhile, Jung Ye-in will continue her diverse acting career with the play 'Flower, Star Passing', scheduled for a performance in June following 'Vending Machine'.
