"Munmu" has released a character teaser video for Yeon Gaesomun, capturing the untouchable spirit of Jang Hyuk.

KBS 2TV's new historical drama "Munmu" (Responsible Producer Lee Ho / Screenplay by Kim Ri-heon and Hong Jin-ji / Directed by Kim Young-jo and Gong Soo-jun / Produced by K-EAST and Monster Union), scheduled to air its first episode on November 14 (Sat), is a work that deals with the desperate and lonely epic of leaders who stake everything in pursuit of a single victory amidst wars lasting 600 years and internal upheavals within the Three Kingdoms.

The production team for "Munmu" released the "Sword (Do)" teaser for Yeon Gaesomun (played by Jang Hyuk) on the 1st, showcasing his ambitious demeanor as he seeks to dominate the world, thereby doubling anticipation for the work.

In the released video, the line "The traitor who killed the king and stole Goguryeo" flows over Yeon Gaesomun, who gazes at a sword with a blood-stained face, cementing his position between an absolute ruler and a great general.

Yeon Gaesomun looks down from a commanding posture upon the gathering of soldiers, foreshadowing conflict with Daejeon. Tang Taizong Li Shimin (played by Yang Hyun-min), who stands in opposition to Goguryeo, appears and sets up a confrontation with Yeon Gaesomun, heightening the tension.

The ferocious advance of the Goguryeo army across the snowy plains and Yeon Gaesomun's blood-soaked face from numerous battles intercut with gripping action, boasting a grand scale.

The production team stated, "Through the 'Sword (Do)' teaser, we captured the coldness of Yeon Gaesomun, who shines as sharply as a blade amidst a blood-red war. Please watch the journey of Yeon Gaesomun, who spread the wings of desire most brilliantly in an era of war."
