Heo Yong-yoon, a former member of the "You Quiz" group 4Minute, revealed that she was even bulimic due to obsessive compulsion.

Kim Sang-gyeom appeared on tvN's entertainment show "YOU QUIZ on the Block" (hereinafter referred to as "You Quiz"), which aired on the 25th.

Yoo Jae-seok mentioned 4Minute and said, "We were sorry for the dissolution," and Heo Yong-yoon said, "We were sorry, too." I've been doing it for 7 years and it's a bit bitter. My acting career didn't go as well as I thought. When I went to auditions, I only talked about 4Minute. So it didn't work out. It didn't work out well at the time," he replied.

He said, "I'm told to hold out even if I meet my seniors, but my body broke down a lot while holding out. At first, I started with insomnia and then I was awake for a long time. So I thought I was getting an appetite. Later, I was bulimic," he confessed.

"I never thought about what I wanted to buy and eat at a convenience store. I only bought water and ate it. But I bought all the snacks, lunch boxes, and sandwiches and went to other convenience stores. Even though I'm not hungry, my hands are shaking and I don't know how full I am. My stomach aches and stops. It keeps going in until then. The thought of having to eat right away dominated my head. I just wear a padded jacket as I was at home and eat it. I can't stand it. It's time to take off your padded jacket," he confessed.

At first, I didn't know how much I ate because I didn't know. There was a stack of wrapping paper in front of me. When I came to my senses. I was surprised at that, but my face was very swollen. I cried when I saw myself like that. When I saw it, I felt, 'It's serious!' and added, "I couldn't tell anyone, but I said I wanted to get treatment once." He said he had a strong compulsion and a tendency to be a perfectionist after being diagnosed with a psychiatric department. I heard that people who have been trained since they were young are very serious. I heard that if you keep controlling it, it will break down. I've only been pointed out since I was young. He added, "Don't do this, don't do that, don't use anything because your eyesight is bad."

Meanwhile, "You Quiz" airs every Wednesday at 8:45 p.m.
