Broadcaster Lee Soo-geun recommended his client, a bodybuilder who ranked first in the country at the age of 77, to rest for his health.

The KBS Joy entertainment program "Ask Me Anything," which aired on the 13th, featured a 77-year-old bodybuilder who has been working out 365 days without a break. The reason why the movement, which started to cure degenerative arthritis in the past, is now at the level of "addiction" and has even set a milestone of No. 1 in the senior bodybuilder competition in the country has been revealed.

Lee Soo-geun, who usually led the atmosphere cheerfully, also gave advice with a serious look this time as his grandmother's client showed a non-cooling spirit, saying, "When I turn 80, I will go to the competition again."

Lee Soo-geun praised her grandmother's amazing strength, but expressed her regret, saying, "Now, it would be better to eat delicious food as much as you want and go to good places and have fun." In particular, regarding the high-intensity exercise that lasts all 365 days, he worried about his grandmother's unreasonable moves, saying, "You have a seniority, but anything is the best way."

Seo Jang-hoon also helped Lee Soo-geun's opinion, saying, "Strict diet management at the age of 77 rather harms health." Bodhisattvas reiterated that their grandmother's daily happiness and joint health come first over the title of No. 1 in the country.
