Singer Shin Seung-tae announced that he entered the trot music scene at the suggestion of Song Ga-in.

In the episode of KBS 1TV variety program 'Hwang Shin-hye's Let's Live Together' aired on the 1st, Shin Seung-tae was shown enjoying three different types of dates with Hwang Shin-hye, Shin Gye-sook, and Yang Jeong-a.

On this day, Shin Seung-tae told Shin Gye-sook, who expressed her fandom for him, "I originally majored in percussion for Gugak. In college, I thought the singers sounded cool. As I learned Gyeonggi folk songs, my desire to become a trot singer faded."

He added, "Song Ga-in came out and sparked a trot boom. She is my friend. Ga-in told me, 'You should try it too. You seem like you'd be good at it, so why don't you?' So I appeared on the KBS program 'Trot National Competition' and made my debut," surprising everyone.

Shin Seung-tae also addressed the title 'Trot Wild Horse,' saying, "I debuted through a competition, and because I raged on stage like a wild horse, I was given the nickname 'Wild Horse,'" before performing a pelvic dance on the spot, eliciting laughter.
