Comedians Kim Won-hoon and Kim Sook won the Best Male and Female Variety Entertainer Awards at the Blue Dragon Series Awards.

At the 5th Blue Dragon Series Awards held on the 31st at Paradise City in Yeongjong-gu, Incheon, scenes of Kim Won-hoon and Kim Sook becoming emotional after receiving their Best Male and Female Variety Entertainer Awards were captured.

On this day, Kim Won-hoon could not hide his joy after winning the Best Male Variety Entertainer Award for 'SNL Korea Season 8'. Shin Dong-yup, seated beside him, cheered loudly and lifted his arm in celebration, while Jeon Hyun-moo congratulated him by saying, "You said you prepared your acceptance speech, but you finally made it happen."

Taking the stage, Kim Won-hoon, with a trembling voice, said, "I didn't expect to win from the excellence awards. Actually, I prepare for what reaction I'll have if I don't receive an award at ceremonies without preparing my acceptance speech. Today, if I hadn't received the award, I would have written the names of the Blue Dragon officials here in this Death Note. But since you gave me the award, I'll spare your lives."

He continued, "I am so grateful. It seems you appreciated my passion for bringing laughter," as he broke down in tears.

Kim Sook, who won the Best Female Variety Entertainer Award for 'Doraiver: The Rival', said, "I came today to see celebrities and greet everyone on how they are living. I ended up receiving this award. I was just about to finish recording Doraiver when I joined the ceremony. I have to go back and record again, so I am very grateful to the members waiting for me. A while ago, I built a house, and bees came and built their own nests there. They said it would bring great luck, but it seems those bees came specifically for me to receive this big award."
