Actor Koo Sung-hwan revealed a surprising palate that contrasts with his appearance.

In the the 31st broadcast of MBC's variety program "I Live Alone," Koo Sung-hwan, Lee Seon-min, and Kim Shin-young gathered together to showcase their cheerful chemistry.

On this day, Koo Sung-hwan invited fellow "food siblings" Lee Seon-min and Kim Shin-young to his home for Chobok, the first of the three hottest days of summer.

To treat his younger siblings with high-quality meat, Koo Sung-hwan visited his neighborhood's favorite butcher shop. He was visibly delighted upon seeing Lee Seon-min arrive shortly after.

"I recently attended a Rainbow Bridge retreat, and this friend sent me telepathy," he said, expressing closeness. "I felt we were destined to become close brothers."

Jeong Yuk-jeom (President) served fresh raw beef as an appetizer for both guests, allowing Lee Seon-min to take the first bite. After tasting the raw beef, Lee Seon-min frowned and exclaimed, "It's alive!" while Koo Sung-hwan made a grimace.

When Lee Seon-min urged him to try the raw beef, Koo Sung-hwan firmly declined, saying, "I'm fine. I'll cook it later." He confessed, "My stomach is very weak; I need to dip things in sauce. I like hotels but not camping. Despite my appearance, I have a weak stomach."

When Lee Seon-min pointed out, "I thought you looked cool," Koo Sung-hwan forced himself to eat a piece of meat, drawing laughter from everyone.
