Group BIGBANG (G-Dragon, Taeyang, Daesung) officially confirmed the release of a new song to mark their 20th debut anniversary, announcing a spectacular return.

On the 10th, agency YG Entertainment posted the title poster for BIGBANG's digital single 'BiiiG' on its official blog. According to the post, BIGBANG will release the new single 'BiiiG' on various music platforms at 6 p.m. on the 19th.

The poster combines three rays of blue, red, and yellow light against an inky black background, silhouettes of the members positioned below, and stylish typography spelling out 'BiiiG', completing BIGBANG's signature intense aura.

Most notably, the previously shrouded new song title 'BiiiG' was revealed for the first time, capturing attention. The title draws inspiration from the word 'BIG,' meaning 'large' or 'huge,' and naturally aligns with the identity of their group name BIGBANG. The unique stylization of a familiar word in their own distinctive way sparks curiosity and builds anticipation for the expanded musical world and scale they will unveil through 'BiiiG.'

A representative from YG Entertainment stated, "'BiiiG' is a song that most vividly reflects BIGBANG's current state as they celebrate their 20th debut anniversary," adding, "We hope fans will look forward to another musical spectrum that BIGBANG, who have built their own unique musical world over many years, will present."

This new song release by BIGBANG comes approximately four years and four months after their digital single 'Spring Summer Autumn Winter (Still Life)' in April 2022. At that time, BIGBANG topped major domestic and international music charts without any separate broadcast activities and won the main award in the digital music category at the '37th Golden Disc Awards,' reaffirming their enduring strength.

BIGBANG has produced countless mega-hit songs including 'Lies,' 'Last Farewell,' 'Every Day, Every Moment,' 'Fantastic Baby,' 'LOSER,' 'Bang Bang Bang,' and 'BAE BAE.' With unparalleled musicality and production skills, as well as cultural influence spanning fashion and performance, they laid the foundation for the global K-pop wave. As a result, music fans worldwide are eagerly anticipating their new endeavors ahead.

Following the release of the new song 'BiiiG,' BIGBANG will embark on their 20th-anniversary world tour titled 'XX : COSMOS.' Starting in Goyang on the 21st, they will undertake a grand journey across 33 concerts in 19 cities worldwide, including North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia. Additional tour locations will be announced sequentially to further expand the global tour's momentum.
