Trainer Yang Chi-seung revealed the time he shed tears alone after suffering approximately 2 billion won in damages from a gym fraud incident.

The MBC variety show 'Radio Star,' broadcast on the 7th, featured Choe Kang-hee, Oh Man-seok, Kim Won-hyo, and Yang Chi-seung in a special episode titled "You Can't Just Sit There~."

On this day, Yang Chi-seung spoke about the damages he experienced following the donation-in-lieu-of-tax building incident surrounding the gym he had operated for a long time. Yang stated that he did not become credit-impaired, saying, "Still, I have lived up until now. I have a house," and added, "Only the things I could use to run a business were lost. Without them, I cannot move," explaining his current situation.

He further claimed that he had not been properly notified at the time of the contract that the gym he operated was a donation-in-lieu-of-tax building. Yang said, "At first, I just wanted to get my deposit back and leave. But I heard there were problems with other buildings as well." In particular, he revealed that tenants did not know that the donation-in-lieu-of-tax period had ended and continued to pay rent afterward, stating, "That alone was 500 million won."

In addition, the scale of the damage increased further when adding the deposit, facility investment costs, refunds that should be returned to members, lawyer fees, and the period of approximately three years during which he could not properly conduct business. Yang revealed, "When I add it all up, it comes close to 2 billion won," surprising viewers.

There were also moments when he shed tears in a place where no one knew after shouldering such massive damages. Yang said, "Sometimes, looking at everything, the various stresses make me very sad," and added, "I ride a motorcycle because of fuel costs, but I cry for an hour inside my helmet. I cry while screaming. It doesn't sound from outside."

He recalled, "I cried extremely hard, saying, 'Why is this dirty world doing this to me?' If it got too humid, I would wipe my tears and cry again." Nevertheless, he said he had composed himself before arriving home. Yang stated, "By the time I arrive home, all the stress has gone away, so no one notices when I get home."

The help of people around him was also significant in allowing him to endure the difficult times. Yang mentioned his colleagues who looked after him, saying, "I have a considerable debt of gratitude in my heart."

Regarding Choe Kang-hee, he revealed, "What I am grateful for is that she prayed for me. One day, she called out of the blue and apologized. She said she had been busy for a week and could not pray."

He further conveyed that actress Park Ha-na sent him money, Kim Suk found a new gym location for him, and Sung Hoon took care of every meal. Yang expressed his gratitude, saying, "Because of such gratitude, it would be too shameful to collapse," and added, "I really want things to go well so I can give back to everyone."
