Yoo Jeong-yeon, a member of the group TWICE, is embarking on her full-fledged acting career by making her debut in the film "Shinbyeong The Movie: A Ghost Lives in the Military Hospital."

On the 1st, the production team for the film "Shinbyeong The Movie: A Ghost Lives in the Military Hospital" (directed by Min Jin-gi) announced its theatrical release this winter while unveiling the launch poster.

"Shinbyeong The Movie: A Ghost Lives in the Military Hospital" tells the story of recruits who, dreaming of a sweet rest, are admitted to a military hospital and delve into secrets after confronting terrifying rumors about the facility they had believed to be heaven.

This film is a new version of "Shinbyeong," which previously aired as a drama series and showcased hyper-realism.

In particular, this film draws attention with TWICE's Yoo Jeong-yeon taking on the role of Nurse Officer Yoo Jeong-yeon to showcase her acting for the first time. Following a graceful parting from JYP Entertainment, where she had been affiliated for 11 years, Jeong-yeon signed an exclusive contract with Baro Entertainment, the agency representing her older sister, actress Gong Seung-yeon.

Actress Ryu Kyung-soo joins as the mysterious soldier Yoo Jae-hoon, who is admitted to the military hospital, while actors Kim Min-ho, Nam Tae-woo, Kim Yo-han, Lee Jung-hyun, Jeon Seung-hun, and Kim Hyeon-gyu, who appeared in previous series, also make appearances.

The characters in the poster are depicted entering a military hospital called Gukgun Yangcheon Hospital, sparking curiosity.
