While the new song of singer-actor Top (T.O.P, real name Choi Seung-hyun) was declared unavailable by KBS, it has been confirmed that appearance regulations are also still maintained.

According to a report by Star News on the 8th, Top is currently included in the list of KBS broadcast regulators. Usually, restrictions are lifted at the request of the production team if the singer's comeback and appearance in a music program are decided, but Top has not yet been removed from the list.

Through this album, Top has received hot attention, breaking his long hiatus as a singer and recording about 1.47 million streams on Spotify on the first day of his comeback, but his activities are expected to be limited for the time being due to regulations on broadcast appearances and deliberation issues.

Earlier in June 2017, Top was indicted without detention on charges of smoking cannabis and was suspended from broadcasting by KBS. Later, in July of the same year, he was sentenced to 10 months in prison and two years of probation, and after his status as a police officer was lifted, he completed his mandatory military service as a social service worker. After the incident, he announced his intention to retire from the entertainment industry through his personal SNS, and left the group Big Bang and suspended his activities for a while.

However, he announced his return by appearing in Season 2 of the Netflix series "Squid Game" at the end of 2024, and resumed his singing career by releasing his first full-length album "Multi-view" on the 3rd. This is the first solo album in about 13 years since "Doomda Da Da" in 2013.

However, a number of songs, including the title track of the album, "Totally Crazy," were judged to be unavailable by KBS. KBS has declared ineligible for seven of the 11 songs in its first full-length album, including "BE SOLID," "Kokalcoon," "Feeling Living in Seoul," "Another Dimensity Holy Dude!!!!!!," "ZERO-CAKE," and "Top Desire."

KBS cited ▲ lyrics containing swear words, expletives, and vulgar expressions ▲ mentions specific product brands ▲ households that may encourage harmful drugs or drug use for teenagers and other illegal activities as reasons for ineligibility. In response, Topspot Pictures, the agency, told Star News, "We are not willing to be re-examined because it is already completed music," adding, "We respect the broadcaster's ineligibility because it is also a 'multi-view.'"
