NMIXX (Nmix) has shone in the U.S. Major League Baseball (MLB) as a "K-pop girl group."

NMIXX was invited to a regular-season game between the San Francisco Giants and the Philadelphia Phillies at Oracle Park in San Francisco, California, on April 6 (local time) to perform pregame and pitch the first pitch.

On behalf of the group, member Seol-yoon stood on the mound as the first pitchman, and national team captain Lee Jung-hoo, a San Francisco Giants outfielder and who led South Korea to the quarterfinals of the 2026 World Baseball Classic (WBC) in March, took the shot, adding to the specialness.

Seol-yoon, who was invited to throw the first pitch once last year by a major league club, announced the start of the game by throwing the ball with an experienced pitching form. In addition, NMIXX gave a performance of its hit "Blue Valentine" and cheered for the home team San Francisco Giants' victory.

Blue Valentine, which was released by NMIXX in October 2025 and dominated major domestic music charts, was also popular in the U.S. local charts such as Mediabase's Top 40 Radio Chart and Billboard's Pop Airplay.

Recently, NMIXX has been conducting a successful tour of North America as part of its first world tour, EPISODE 1: ZERO FRONTIER (Episode 1: Zero Frontier). He met with fans in Toronto on March 29, Brooklyn on April 31, National Harbor on April 2, Irving on April 4, and Oakland on April 7, especially with the five city performances that sold out, realizing NMIXX's local popularity.

NMIXX, which is nearing the end of its North American tour, will have a spectacular finale in Los Angeles on the 9th. Starting in June, Asian tours will be held in Bangkok, Singapore, Kaohsiung, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, and more venues will be announced in the future.
