Girl group Baby Monster (Luka, Parita, Asa, Ahyeon, Rami, Laura, Chiquita) will release a new single on June 8.

On the 26th, YG Entertainment announced that Baby Monster will release a new digital single titled 'Suga Honey Ice Tea' (SUGAR HONEY ICE TEA) at 0:00 on June 8. This marks a super-fast comeback following the release of their third mini-album 'CHOOM' on the 4th.

YG Entertainment revealed teaser posters on its official blog to signal the start of promotions. Neon green colors stood out against a street-style background. Bold typography boldly inscribed on top left a strong impression.

Previously, the full version of the title hinted at by YG Entertainment's chief producer Yang Hyun-suk was also unveiled. The combination of sugar, honey, and iced tea evokes a sweet yet refreshing atmosphere, while global fans have shown interest by offering various speculations on the new song's concept.

A YG Entertainment representative stated, "As can be seen from the title 'SUGAR HONEY ICE TEA,' it will be Baby Monster's 'Summer song' that will coolly dispel the heat." They added, "In addition to activities for the new song, we plan to fill this summer closely with fans by releasing the music video for the track 'CHOOM' from the third mini-album."

Meanwhile, Baby Monster is launching its second world tour, covering a total of 18 cities and 27 shows across Seoul, six cities in Japan (Kobe, Fukuoka, Yokohama, Chiba, Nagoya, Osaka), eight cities in Asia (Manila, Macau, Jakarta, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Singapore, Hong Kong), and three cities in Oceania (Auckland, Melbourne, Sydney). Schedules in Europe, North America, and South America are also expected to be added later.
