BTS's Jimin shone in popularity by dominating global trends with the music video for "Normal."

BTS released the special package audio and official music video for "Normal," a track from their fifth full album "Arirang," on July 17 at 1 p.m. The music video was exclusively unveiled via Spotify on that day, while it will be released on YouTube on the 19th.

"Normal" is the follow-up single after the title track "SWIM," featuring a human and honest inner side behind the dazzling stage. In the music video, Jimin showcased scenes oscillating between dreamy atmosphere and charm, drawing attention by lying on a bed under a single ray of light in darkness to express feelings of loneliness.

Following its release, Jimin appeared as the only member to rank on X (formerly Twitter)'s global real-time trends. He also recorded the highest ranking among members on real-time trends in major countries including the United States, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, and India.

The audio performance continued as well. Among the newly released special package tracks, Jimin's version of "NORMAL (Korean Ver./ Instant Photo Alternate Cover Jimin Version)" topped the iTunes Top Songs chart in seven countries, including France and Japan.

Meanwhile, BTS is scheduled to perform as the main act at the halftime show of the 2026 FIFA North America Cup final match held in New Jersey, USA, on July 19 (local time).
