Singer Park Seo-jin offered warm support to neighbors affected by record-breaking heavy rains near his hometown.

The National Disaster Relief Association of Hope Bridge (Chairman Im Chae-cheong) announced on the 20th that Park Seo-jin donated 0.1 billion won to assist flood victims. The funds will be used for recovery efforts in the affected areas and to help displaced residents restore their daily lives.

This is not Park Seo-jin's first act of disaster relief. Last year, during a major forest fire in the Yeongnam region, he donated 100 million won through Hope Bridge to support recovery and aid for displaced persons, earning recognition as a major donor. Upon learning of the tragic flood damage in Geoje, Gyeongnam, and other areas this time, Park Seo-jin immediately joined the donation effort.

Park Seo-jin stated, "I heard that places close to my hometown were severely damaged by heavy rain, and I couldn't just stand by," adding, "I hope neighbors who have suffered can return home as soon as possible and live peacefully."
