Wooji (YUQI), a member of the girl group i-dle (아이들), showcased her exceptional ability to handle diverse concepts.

On the 2nd, her agency Cube Entertainment released the final concept photo for Wooji's mini album 2 '(27)' on the official SNS channel of I-DLE (Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Wooji, Shuhua).

Wooji, standing alone in the rain, drew attention with a lonely and cynical atmosphere. Her damp hair and smoky makeup further elevated her bold charm, and by presenting two versions in black-and-white and color tones simultaneously, she revealed a powerful presence.

Contrasting with the free and fresh image she had previously shown, Wooji expressed the diverse emotions faced at twenty-seven through a cool mood.

The new album '(27)' captures Wooji at twenty-seven, just as its title suggests. By comparing her age, which carries worries behind a bright appearance, to a sunflower, it expresses Wooji's multifaceted inner self: that she is the protagonist in any world and will love herself no matter what form she takes.

Ahead of the new album release, Wooji first released the music video for the track 'I Like You.' The video captures self-love and positive energy—encouraging one to acknowledge and love oneself—through Wooji's unique warm sensibility and vitality. While the pre-release of the track alone has drawn intense interest from global fans, anticipation is also rising for the title track 'Stay.'

Wooji's mini album 2 '(27)' will be released on domestic and international music streaming sites on the 8th.
