Kim So-hee, formerly of the girl group Alice, shared news of her pregnancy with her second child.

On the 7th, Kim So-hee posted several selfies on her personal social media account, writing, "I'm having a second baby! By the way, I'm already five months along. We are now a family of four. Also, I'm sharing a collection of love for the first time in a while. Colds seem to be going around lately, so please all take care not to catch one."

Previously, Kim So-hee debuted as a solo singer in May 2017 and joined Alice as a member the following month. However, she officially announced her retirement from the entertainment industry in April 2024.

At the time, Kim So-hee posted a handwritten letter on her personal social media account, revealing her marriage by stating, "I have met someone who has been a great source of strength for me. We have become such precious beings to each other that we have promised to marry." She continued, "From now on, I will try to live my second life as Kim So-hee, not Alice's So-hee. Thank you for the much love you have given me during my time in the entertainment industry. It was truly happy. I will never forget this feeling and will live with gratitude forever," vowing to return to a non-entertainer life.

Kim So-hee's husband is known to be a businessman 15 years her senior. Due to the relatively large age gap, Kim So-hee was surrounded by various rumors after her marriage. Allegations were raised that the couple met at an entertainment establishment. However, Kim So-hee responded, "I met my husband at a birthday party for a senior female colleague I had filmed with. I hear that if you want to file a lawsuit, you need to know the person's details, so please report if anyone knows," and also took legal action.
