Singer Roy Kim is expanding his presence this fall.

On the 6th, Roy Kim released his new single "CRY OUT LOUD" and declared his entry into the autumn music scene.

Following "If You Ask Me What Love Is" in 2024 and "I Can't Express It Any Other Way" in 2025, he has now presented a new song in October for three consecutive years. Expectations are high that his signature deep emotion and message of comfort will spread by word of mouth, giving birth to another autumn staple.

"CRY OUT LOUD" is a song that, instead of the common words of comfort like "Don't cry" or "It's okay" offered to those going through hard times, tells them it is fine to grieve and cry as much as they want. It conveys that true courage lies not in suppressing emotions and enduring, but in honestly acknowledging one's sorrow, pouring it out fully, and then rising again.

Roy Kim, who has firmly established his presence in the autumn music scene through his music, is also continuing his activities across various broadcasts. He recently appeared on SBS's "Our Ballad 2," which aired its first episode, as a member of "Top Back Gui," delivering heartfelt musical advice and showcasing his sharp wit.

Furthermore, the contrasting charm he displays in various content is fueling interest in Roy Kim. A video from his appearance on the YouTube channel "Kim Sun-tae" surpassed 1.11 million views within four days of its release, recording high buzz. It is interpreted that his approachable and cheerful side, different from the serious and emotional image he primarily shows in his music activities, has been highly appreciated.

Roy Kim's two sides also shone on KBS2's "The Seasons - Boyfriend for Your Ears," which he appeared on again this year following April. On stage, his main profession, he provided an auditory treat with his signature sweet vocal tone, while in the talk segment, he exchanged unreserved "tit-for-tat" banter with Sung Si-kyung, bringing laughter. Talks that were possible only because they are close friends poured out, captivating the viewers.

Thanks to this "dual-front activity," Roy Kim sold out his performance at KSPO DOME (formerly the Olympic Gymnastics Arena), which he is entering for the first time since his debut this year. He will hold "2026-27 Roy Kim LIVE TOUR [R:O:Y] in SEOUL" on November 21 and 22 at Seoul KSPO DOME. In particular, driven by enthusiastic support, an additional performance has been added for the 20th, allowing him to meet audiences over a total of three days.
