The group KickFlip released behind-the-scenes photos from the music video for their new song "Kick Off The Wall (Feat. iann dior)," which exudes a youthful charm.

KickFlip is currently carrying out comeback activities following the release of their new mini album, "KICK OFF THE WALL Pt. 1," and the double title tracks "Unfinished" and "Kick Off The Wall (Feat. iann dior)" at 6 p.m. on the 6th. JYP Entertainment (hereinafter JYP) continued the momentum by unveiling behind-the-scenes images from the music video for one of the title tracks, "Kick Off The Wall (Feat. iann dior)," on the morning of the 10th.

In the behind-the-scenes shots, KickFlip captured attention with their signature free-spirited and dynamic vibe. Whether perched or standing on a rooftop, they revealed a trendy personality, conveying KickFlip's fresh yet bold youthful energy. In particular, photos taken alongside American singer-songwriter iann dior, who participated in the new track's featuring, showed them blending naturally throughout the bus, exuding a unique chemistry.

"Kick Off The Wall (Feat. iann dior)," with lyrics co-written by members Gye-hoon and Dong-hwa, is a song that carries the ambition to move forward without hesitation, kicking away the walls blocking the way as if shaking off self-doubt and fear. iann dior's melodic emo rap and relaxed vocal sensibility were added on top of the lyrics infused with cheerful confidence, creating a pleasant synergy.

Alongside the new track "Kick Off The Wall (Feat. iann dior)," the other title track, "Unfinished," is a song that compares the confusion, anxiety, and growing pains that arrive in the early morning of one's twenties to a puzzle that remains incomplete no matter how long it is worked on through the night; member Gye-hoon is credited for both lyrics and composition. The question posed to oneself, "Unfinished," and the answer found, "Kick Off The Wall (Feat. iann dior)," are organically connected to complete the musical narrative.

In their new album, "KICK OFF THE WALL Pt. 1," KickFlip delivers a message that it is okay not to find a perfect answer for all youth who constantly stumble, fall, and collide. They packed eight tracks with the determination to move forward despite anxiety and growing pains, along with encouragement for those passing through the early morning hours, and members participated in the production of all tracks, adding authenticity. The album topped the daily album chart on the music aggregation site Hanteo Chart for three consecutive days from October 6 to 8.

Since their official debut in January 2025, KickFlip has consistently worked on songs to create the group's musical color. Through their agency JYP, they stated, "We believe that our own energy and freedom are most important in KickFlip's music. Even if the genre changes, we hope you feel that 'KickFlip members are expressing this directly.' If there is an element that makes you want to move your body as soon as you hear it, like our bright and bold energy or guitar sounds, we think you might feel, 'This is a KickFlip song.'"

At the current point in time, spending their second year since debut, when asked about the walls they want to break down, as suggested by the new album's name, they said, "Breaking through the limits we set for ourselves, such as concerns over vocals, dance, and stages, has been the biggest wall. Lately, even if we are not confident that we can do well, we try to challenge first and then judge," and "This album is one where we tried many new things. We will continue to strive to show you a wonderful appearance and a growing image every time." Their remarks raised expectations for the momentum of the group KickFlip as they expand their musical world.
