Singer Park Woo-jin could not hide his nervousness.

A showcase commemorating the release of Park Woo-jin's second mini-album, 'Solstice (SOLSTICE),' was held on the 13th at X-Cala in Hyeohyeon-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul.

On this day, Park Woo-jin shared his thoughts on returning as a solo artist, stating, "This is my first media showcase since debut. It has been six to seven years. This is also my first time doing a showcase alone. I am nervous, but I will try to enjoy it."

He continued, "I have always wanted to show a new side of myself with every album, but this time, while I like the new look, I wanted to show more of who I originally am. I wanted to reinforce once again what I do best and the image that I myself find cool," explaining the focus of the new album.

Park Woo-jin debuted as a member of the boy group Wanna One after Mnet's 'Produce 101' Season 2 launched in August 2017. After his contract ended, he returned to his original agency, Brand New Music, and made a comeback as a member of AB6IX in May 2019.

However, his contract with Brand New Music also ended in May 2026, and the group effectively disbanded as most members transferred to other agencies. Park Woo-jin signed a contract with Paramusic last June. Paramusic is a label under Brand New Music.

'Solstice' will be released at 6 p.m. on the 13th through various online music streaming sites.
