Singer Eric Nam is back.

Eric Nam will release his fourth studio album, "Confessions of a Lonely Heart," at 1 p.m. on the 16th through various online music streaming platforms.

This album depicts the emotional flow of love and loneliness as felt by Eric Nam. It captures the journey from obsession, regret, and self-blame to acceptance and hope, expressing the loneliness and contradictions of modern people who desire to be loved yet fear letting others get close, through understated music. Eric Nam directly participated in the songwriting and composition for the entire album, showcasing his musical identity as a singer-songwriter.

The title track, "Psyko (Psycho)," is a song that captures the captivating emotion of feeling even the moment when intense attraction turns into obsession and one begins to lose control as part of love. Overall, it stands out for its provocative lyrics asking, "If I'm not crazy, can it really be called love?" along with escalating energy and a chorus that is instantly memorable.

The fourth studio album includes a total of nine tracks, including the title track. It begins with the title track "Psyko," which deals with the boundary between excitement and obsession, followed by "Reverie," which explores the desire to remain in a state of fantasy and daydreaming, and "Miss Me More," which contains the sincere wish for a departed lover to feel one's absence after a breakup.

It also includes "Sober Up," which depicts longing while intoxicated and the solitude that awaits after sobriety; "Make Me Cry," which expresses a moment of emotional surrender; and "How The Fire Started," which incorporates the narrative of burning betrayal. Additionally, diverse tracks fill the album, including "Lighthouse" and "Half As Much," which reveal the desire and anxiety to lean on someone, and "Someday," which sings of love and hope once again.

Eric Nam, who recently signed an exclusive contract with all my anecdotes, has actively pursued global activities shuttling between the United States and South Korea ahead of his comeback. He demonstrated his presence by finishing third in the final rankings of Season 4 of the Peacock channel survival show "The Traitors," appearing as a special guest on Season 21 of NBC's "America's Got Talent," and attending the "2026 MTV Video Music Awards" (VMA) and New York Fashion Week 27SS.

He also confirmed his participation as a voice actor in the film "Avatar: The Last Airbender" and his acting role in the film "K-Pop: The Debut," and appeared on the red carpet at the opening ceremony of the "31st Busan International Film Festival" and on the stage of the "2026 Art Forest Festival." After being active in various fields, Eric Nam returns to his main profession and will showcase a richer musical world with this new album.

Meanwhile, Eric Nam's fourth studio album, "Confessions of a Lonely Heart," will be released at 1 p.m. on the 16th on various online music streaming platforms.
