Broadcaster Lalal has started a full-fledged diet.

On the 8th, a video titled "Real Exercise Vlog" was posted on the Lalal YouTube channel.

Lalal visited Han River Park to run with her acquaintance. He said, "We're here to exercise. I'm at Ttukseom Hangang Park and I'm really going to run. I'm really going to lose weight," he said.

However, Lalal stopped working out in about 30 seconds while running in freezing cold. He also gave an excuse, saying, "The editor will not like it even if it's too much."

"The weather is so cold, but I'm going to go drink beer because I'm seriously exercising a lot," he said.

After a short workout, Lalal visited the restaurant and was happy to eat lamb skewers and beer.

Earlier, Lalal confessed that she had recently gained 73kg. In particular, he posted a picture of himself in a swimsuit, and his belly was convex, which led to rumors of pregnancy.

Meanwhile, Lalal married a non-celebrity 11 years older in 2024 and has a daughter.
