Singer Yumi frankly confessed the reason for the cafe's operation along with the changed recognition since "Miss Trot 4."

On the 29th, a video titled "Why Legendary Singer Yumi runs a cafe even after shooting 'Miss Trot 4' TOP10" was released on YouTube channel 'One Mic'.

Yumi said she runs a cafe at the end of Dongtan Lake Park in Hwaseong City, adding, "People start talking on the street for the first time in more than 20 years since their debut. Before that, he said, "I think you recognized me, but now you greet me accurately."

"When I live as a ballader, I always have to be mysterious, I was careful when I met my fans, and I lived without laughing hard," he said. "But I went to Sokcho not long ago after I started trotting, and it was amazing at the market." The uncomfortable feelings I had when I met new people disappeared and I felt close. I felt that this is the taste of the trot genre," he said.

He said of the cafe he runs himself, "It's a cafe that I designed as I wanted, and I'm solving many things in this space. I sometimes perform, and sometimes I invite artists representing our country to perform," he said.

Yumi, who invested enough not to be upset even without customers, said, "I don't want to accumulate wealth with this. If profits are generated here, I am investing in singer Yumi, he said. "I've been locked up in an agency for 20 years and have done what I wanted. I was very upset about releasing an album every few years. Anyway, I'm putting everything into making Yumi," he stressed.

In addition, Yumi said about the appearance of "Miss Trot 4," "I heard it was the first time that a singer who sang a different genre entered the top 10." Even I'm half a hundred years old," smiling, "It was a time to prove myself once again. I want to be a singing master. Regardless of the genre, I really want to be a singer. I'm making this effort to protect singer Yumi," he said.
