It has been revealed that Baekhyun, a member of the group EXO unit EXO-CBX, did not move to G-Dragon's agency.

Galaxy Corporation stated on the afternoon of the 22nd to StarNews, "(The exclusive contract with Baekhyun) is not true."

Earlier that day, news circulated that Baekhyun was likely to join Galaxy Corporation, but it ultimately was dismissed as "baseless." This agency is well-known as the home of BIGBANG leader G-Dragon. Recently, it has drawn attention by successively signing actor Song Kang-ho, singer Kim Jong-kook, and SHINee's Taemin.

Taemin has a prior connection with Baekhyun, having been together since their time at SM Entertainment and later under the label under One Hundred Label.

Baekhyun established the independent label INB1000 in 2024 and embarked on a new chapter alongside EXO members and EXO-CBX unit members Chen and Xiumin. During this process, SM Entertainment raised allegations of "tampering" (pre-contract contact before expiration), leading to conflict between the two sides. Consequently, the three members of EXO-CBX filed lawsuits against SM Entertainment citing reasons such as "failure to provide settlement data" and "unfair contracts," but they suffered consecutive defeats.

Among these, INB1000 was absorbed as a subsidiary of Cha Ga-won (Chairman)'s One Hundred Label, and EXO-CBX continued their activities. However, recent issues such as the non-payment of settlement funds by One Hundred Label have emerged, and it has been reported that EXO-CBX sent a formal notice of contract termination to Cha Ga-won (Chairman).
