The 62nd Baeksang Arts Awards took place at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on the afternoon of the 8th. The event was hosted by broadcaster Shin Dong-yup, actor Park Bo-gum, and singer-actress Suzy.

On this day, the Gucci Impact Award was presented to the film "The Man Who Lives in the King's House."

Upon taking the stage, Director Jang Hang-jun joked, "Thank you for giving us such a prestigious award. If I ever need to buy luxury goods in the future, I will only buy Gucci," eliciting laughter from the audience.

He continued, "The film industry is facing significant challenges, and we are grateful for your generous support. We also thank our actors for delivering such outstanding performances."

He then added, "I am truly grateful to my parents, who were surprised and supportive of their second son who struggled academically. I also thank my mother-in-law, who always says her son-in-law is the best. To my most beloved daughter, and above all, to my closest friend and cherished partner, Kim Eun-hee, I dedicate this honor."
