Singer Lee Hyo-ri shared her thoughts on yoga.

On the 10th, a video titled "Not Hyori, but Ananda: What are the yoga teachers' true feelings?" was posted on the YouTube channel A Yoga.

On that day, Lee Hyo-ri met with close yoga instructors and stated regarding the yoga classes she leads, "It varies depending on the weather, the atmosphere, and who attends the class. I tend to teach while resonating with the situation."

She continued, "I have never taught the exact same class even once. If someone new to yoga comes, I change the teaching method again and again. Sometimes I tailor it completely for complete beginners."

When another instructor wondered, "It must not be easy to accommodate all the students," Lee Hyo-ri replied, "It is not easy."

She then humbly added, "I think that is my own practice."

Meanwhile, Lee Hyo-ri is currently running a yoga studio in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.
