'Heart Signal 2' alum Kim Hyun-woo shared an update on his gym routine.

On the 27th, Kim Hyun-woo posted several selfies on his personal SNS, saying, "How old am I again?"

In the photos, Kim Hyun-woo is seen striking a cool pose in a gym filled with various exercise equipment, wearing black headphones. His rugged, manly appearance is a complete departure from his once delicate and dandy look, drawing attention. Kim Hyun-woo demonstrated his consistent self-care with his clearly visible bicep muscles and broad, right-angled shoulders exposed beneath a black sleeveless T-shirt.

He then added, "What time is it? Why is time passing so fast?" and "I forgot for a moment. 42?" mentioning his age. Kim Hyun-woo was born in 1985.

Previously, Kim Hyun-woo appeared on Channel A's 'Heart Signal 2' in 2018. At the time, he captivated global female audiences with his handsome appearance and sensitive personality, but controversy arose when it was revealed that he had been caught drunk driving three times, in 2012, 2013, and 2018.

Since then, Kim Hyun-woo has focused on his personal business without much broadcast activity, but recently he once again became the center of controversy by taking on the role of interior designer for the Signal House in Channel A's 'Heart Signal 5'.
