Actor An Hyo-seop achieved a meaningful result on major U.S. music charts with his official single.

An Hyo-seop's single "Something Special," created in collaboration with global artist Khalid, reached No. 39 on Spotify's U.S. Daily Chart as of the 7th, setting a new personal best.

"Something Special" is An Hyo-seop's official solo debut single and marks the first collaboration between multi-platinum artist Khalid and a Korean artist. Since its release on the 22nd, the track has garnered attention from global listeners and continues to climb steadily.

The chart trajectory is also noteworthy. "Something Special" entered Spotify's U.S. Daily Chart at No. 124 on June 1, rose to No. 117 on the 2nd, and climbed to No. 41 on the 4th, ultimately reaching No. 39 on the 7th to break into the TOP 40. The song demonstrated strong resonance with local listeners by showing a steep upward curve in a short period.

Spotify's U.S. Daily Chart is an indicator compiled based on actual streaming data within the United States, making it significant as it directly reflects consumption responses from both global fandoms and local listeners. Consequently, this achievement is evaluated as evidence that actor An Hyo-seop's global influence is expanding into the music market.

This project was released through Musicow's global initiative "FANDOM." Musicow planned and developed the project based on a partnership with the U.S. entertainment company Roc Nation, and an official music video featuring the collaboration between An Hyo-seop and Khalid is scheduled for release in June.
