Actor Im Hyun-sik revealed his health condition.

On the 14th, Im Hyun-sik appeared in a video titled "Park Won-sook ♥ Im Hyun-sik, the Final Destination of a 10-Year Crush" released through Park Won-sook's YouTube channel. In the video, Im Hyun-sik visited Park Won-sook's cafe in Namhae and shared various stories.

Regarding his health, Im Hyun-sik said, "It was not good. I went to the hospital, had tests for three months, did this and that, took medicine, and have been taking it for five to six months."

In response, Park Won-sook asked, "I saw on the news and other places that you ingested pesticides. Did you take them while drunk?" Im Hyun-sik replied, "That was 20 years ago. I was spraying pesticides on apple trees." He added, "My condition was not good, and I was coughing. It was a very hot summer afternoon. So my health was poor, and I wondered if the symptoms I noticed were due to apple tree pesticides not being toxic. That's why I once went to Ilsan Hospital."

He continued, "So, after I mentioned in a broadcast that I had received treatment for that, it turned out they said I had pesticide poisoning. Why would I take pesticides if I wanted to die from ingesting them?"
