NP (NP), known as the fiancé of singer Seo In-young, is set to merge with WIZWIG Studio.

NP and WIZWIG Studio announced that the merger proposal was finally approved at an extraordinary shareholders' meeting held on the 12th. The two merged entities plan to launch a unified company, Com2us N (COM2US N), by mid-July.

NP is a content creative company under the Com2us Media group. Choi Ji-hun (CEO) primarily handles brand experience (BE) businesses and extended reality (XR) content production, creating advertising, broadcasting, and exhibition content using the country's largest LED wall-based virtual studio. The company is also venturing into businesses that combine AI with XR technology, promoting AI-based mind care solutions and XR content projects. It also highlights a strategy to expand into sustainable services based on biometric data, leveraging its experience in event and exhibition content production.

WIZWIG Studio is a content subsidiary under Com2us and is also the second-largest shareholder that invested in RBW (RBW), the agency of Mamamoo.

Seo In-young is in a relationship with NP CEO Choi Ji-hoon, with marriage planned for the second half of this year. Choi Ji-hun (CEO) was born in 1978, six years older than Seo In-young, who was born in 1984, and the two reportedly developed into a couple through an introduction by an acquaintance.

Seo In-young recently shared on her YouTube channel 'Kae-gwa-cheon-seon Seo In-young' about her first meeting with her boyfriend: "I had four or five friends with me, and it was a difficult situation, so I suddenly asked, 'Can you come here?'" She continued, "He walked in, smiled, and didn't look away. That was so charming. So I met him. That's my boyfriend now."

Meanwhile, Seo In-young married a non-celebrity businessman in 2023 but announced the collapse of their marriage just about a year later in 2024. Regarding this, her agency at the time stated, "Seo In-young has completed a consensual divorce," and added, "There were no issues such as fault during the divorce process." The agency further explained, "The two decided to conclude their marriage through a harmonious agreement and will support each other's paths moving forward."
