A neighbor of actor Lee Jung-jae shared a heartwarming story.

On the 30th, a video titled "The Secret to Success According to 200 Billion CEO Belzei" was uploaded to the YouTube channel 'Gwang-ye-won'.

In the released video, Kang Ye-won is shown meeting Kim Hye-jeong (CEO).

Kang Ye-won said to Kim Hye-jeong (CEO), "Isn't actor Lee Jung-jae your downstairs neighbor? His home was recently featured on YouTube. It got 5 million views. I should have been the one filming it, so why did it blow up there?"

She continued, "Didn't you also live near senior actors Lee Jung-jae and Jung Woo-sung? Do you greet each other when you meet in the elevator?" Kim Hye-jeong (CEO) replied, "Yes. Not very often, but I think we meet about once every two to three months. Sometimes we see each other on a weekly basis, and sometimes after a few months."

Regarding Lee Jung-jae, Kim Hye-jeong (CEO) shared, "He is extremely well-mannered. Before, when he was carrying a lot of luggage, he even opened the door for me. He seems like such a kind person." Kang Ye-won added, "I've seen him before too. He's very nice and well-mannered."

Kim Hye-jeong (CEO) also added, "He asked what my company is called. Recently, so I told him it's Belzei."
