Actor Yoon Kyung-ho won the Best Supporting Actor award at the Blue Dragon Series Awards.

On the 31st, at the 5th Blue Dragon Series Awards held at Paradise City in Yeongjong-gu, Incheon, Yoon Kyung-ho won the Best Supporting Actor award for his role in "Legend of the Cook."

The nominees for Best Supporting Actor included Yoon Kyung-ho ("Legend of the Cook"), Lee Kwang-soo ("Gold Land"), Lee Sang-i ("Legend of the Cook"), Jung Moon-sung ("Scarecrow"), and Jin Sun-kyu ("Ae Ma").

In his acceptance speech, Yoon Kyung-ho choked up and said, "I really can't believe it. I came with the mindset that everyone would applaud me because there are such excellent actors here, and I thought of this event as a celebration to enjoy being nominated alongside them."

Yoon Kyung-ho added, "In the waiting room, Mr. Jeon Hyun-moo said, 'I hope you have some good news,' so I joked, 'If someone else wins the award, please call my name at least once as a joke.' I truly thought it was just a joke. I am sorry. I was so childish." He continued, "Thank you to all the viewers. This is an award I could never have received alone. It was possible only because of the colleagues who were with me. From Park Ji-hoon, who played the cook, to the actors, directors, writers, and all the staff involved, thank you very much."
