Actress Ko So-young has entered the under-40kg weight range for the first time in 16 years.

On the 25th, a video titled "Ko So-young's Miracle Diet Secret Revealed for the First Time in 16 Years (Weight Confirmation)" was uploaded to Ko So-young's YouTube channel.

In the video, Ko So-young said about her diet secret, "There isn't really a special trick, but eating is the most important thing," adding, "Some sacrifice is necessary. I stopped drinking and completely eliminated drinking dates and evening dates."

Ko So-young emphasized that she did not lose weight in an unbalanced way over a short period. She explained, "I started in March and lost weight gradually. If you suddenly drop 3–4kg, you have no energy," stating her goal is to maintain the lost weight steadily.

She continued, "My ideal weight in my heart is 47–48kg, which was my weight when I got married," revealing her final target.

To confirm Ko So-young's current weight, the production team brought a scale from her living room. Ko So-young said, "I'm revealing everything while filming. You might not believe it otherwise," stepped on the scale, and the screen displayed 49.2kg.

Ko So-young admitted, "But honestly, I've been fasting since yesterday. I'm hungry," and added, "I didn't even drink water." She then shared her husband Jang Dong-gun's advice: "When I told my husband I would weigh myself tomorrow, he told me not to drink water because losing water weight will reduce the number on the scale."

Meanwhile, Ko So-young married actor Jang Dong-gun in 2010 and has one son and one daughter.
