aespa's Winter failed the victory fairy ritual once more.

On the 28th, Winter posted a selfie on her Instagram Story with the message, "Please don't cancel due to rain." The post was made because she was scheduled to throw the ceremonial first pitch at Jamsil Baseball Stadium for the Doosan Bears. She set the background music to K.Will's "Don't Do This, Please," bringing smiles to viewers' faces.

However, contrary to Winter's wishes, the game was canceled due to rain. Winter then shared an additional selfie with the caption "I came and left" alongside Im Jung-hee's song "It Can't Be Real" as background music, expressing her disappointment. In the released photo, she wore a deeply gloomy expression that mirrored the feelings of baseball fans.

On this day, Winter had planned to return to the mound at Jamsil Baseball Stadium for the first time in two years since throwing the ceremonial first pitch against Kiwoom Heroes in July 2024. Although her team unfortunately lost that game, she showcased her special love for the Bears by not only throwing the pitch but also filming a "Super Nova" dance challenge video with Cheo Woong-i.

Meanwhile, aespa kicked off its fourth world tour, 'SYNK : COMPLæXITY,' starting in Seoul on the 7th and is scheduled to visit fans worldwide through February 2027.
