2NE1 group member Sandara Park (42) has drawn her legal sword against cyberbullies.

On the 6th, ARADNAS, Sandara Park's agency, announced on its official SNS account: "We have secured substantial evidence regarding malicious posts and rights infringement acts targeting our artist Sandara Park. We are currently proceeding with criminal complaints and civil damage claims through legal representatives."

It further stated: "Regarding acts that repeatedly spread false facts or post insulting content by exploiting anonymity, we will identify the authors and hold them accountable through all possible legal means, regardless of domestic or international platforms."

Additionally, it emphasized: "Even if posts are deleted or accounts are closed, legal proceedings will continue based on evidence already secured. We will respond with a zero-tolerance principle to all rights infringement acts, whether already reported or those discovered in the future, without leniency, settlement, or withdrawal of charges."

ARADNAS added: "Under the principle that any act infringing upon an artist's personality and rights must bear responsibility, we will continue necessary legal procedures to the end."

Earlier this June, Sandara Park established the label ARADNAS and embarked on a new beginning.
