Im Seong-bin, husband of Shin Da-eun, revealed his candid feelings about purchasing a 67-pyeong villa located in Dogok-dong, Gangnam.

On the 1st, a video titled "A house with luxury-goods-like interior, home of an interior master (+the most beautiful villa) | 67-pyeong villa in Dogok-dong" was released on the YouTube channel 'Consumer Saint's Urban Exploration'.

In the released video, Im Seong-bin introduced the 67th-pyeong villa in Dogok-dong, Seoul Gangnam-gu, where he currently resides with his family.

Im Seong-bin's home consisted of two floors, with the first floor measuring just over 40 pyeong and the second floor approximately 20 pyeong, totaling a size of 67 pyeong.

In particular, befitting an interior designer's home, lighting and stylish furniture were placed in each space, drawing attention. The spacious dressing room and bathroom also boasted a luxurious atmosphere.

Regarding the reason for choosing the house, Im Seong-bin cited its proximity to Maebong Station as a transit-oriented area, as well as its adjacency to Maebong Mountain and Yangjae Stream. He explained, "Maebong Mountain is right next door in this neighborhood," noting that one can feel a cool breeze through the windows in spring and autumn.

In response, the host exclaimed, "You definitely have clear criteria when buying a house. That's impressive." However, Im Seong-bin gave an unexpected answer, saying, "I regret it about half the time."

He then candidly confessed, "(With that money) I could have bought an apartment and doubled my assets," eliciting laughter.

Meanwhile, Im Seong-bin married actress Shin Da-eun in 2016 and has a son named Hayden.
