Actress Park So-dam will make her first professional baseball pitch appearance to wish KT Wiz victory.

On the 3rd, her agency The Present Company announced that Park So-dam would serve as the ceremonial pitcher for the home game against the Lotte Giants at Suwon KT Wiz Park on the afternoon of the same day at 2 p.m., part of the 2026 KBO regular season.

As KT Wiz, currently leading the league, have extended their winning streak to four games and reduced their championship magic number to "5," bringing them one step closer to a regular-season title, Park So-dam is set to deliver energetic support to the team through her first-ever pitch and act as a "winning charm."

Through her agency, Park So-dam shared, "I am truly happy and excited to be part of my first professional baseball pitch at a KT Wiz home game," adding, "I will do my best to throw the ball with all my might, hoping to pass on good energy to the team and secure a victory in today's game."

Park So-dam recently reunited with movie audiences through the film "Gyeongju Travelogue." In the film, she played "Young-ju," the second daughter of an elite unemployed law graduate, serving as the brain who leads her family's journey of revenge with cool-headed judgment that prioritizes reason over emotion. She received favorable reviews for portraying the multifaceted aspects of this sharp character with her signature plain and delicate acting.

In particular, Park So-dam actively engaged in promotional activities to publicize "Gyeongju Travelogue," including appearances on broadcasts, radio, YouTube content, and photo shoots. She also demonstrated a special affection for the work by leveraging her "top-tier connections" to personally invite directors Bong Joon-ho and Lee Hae-young as guests for a GV (guest visit).

Park So-dam is also operating her personal YouTube channel, "Sodam Sodam PARKSODAM," where she captivates subscribers by radiating approachable charm through content featuring her unadorned daily life, including travel and exercise.
