As controversy over YouTuber Park Jae's character intensifies, his past remarks are being re-examined.

Currently, a YouTube video titled "Lalal's Ghostwriting Diary," in which Park Jae appeared in 2022, is spreading again on the online community OnLINE.

In the video, when host Lalal asked, "Do you have anything to appeal to?", Park Jae replied, "I am currently serving as a UNICEF goodwill ambassador." In response to Lalal's question, "Does that mean you are spreading a positive influence?", he nonchalantly answered, "You could say so."

Since the content featured a "autobiography" concept, Lalal pointed out to Park Jae, "I heard you came here to write an autobiography and that a book is coming out."

When Lalal said, "You're straddling two stools. Did you come here asking us to buy your book? I won't buy it," Park Jae retorted, "That's just how promotion works."

In response, Lalal bluntly stated, "Pull yourself together. You're weak," and asked him to try appealing with content not in the book.

Upon this, Park Jae abruptly declared, "When I get married, I will become a 'married couple YouTuber.'"

Lalal asked, "Are you announcing that right now? Are you asking for a news article?" to which Park Jae replied, "You told me to say something new."

To such Park Jae, Lalal delivered a blunt remark: "Is this also business? You are really weak as a person. If your narcissism is out of control and you want to sell YouTube content, you should go to Shim-sa-im-dang-nim."

Coincidentally, this incident is once again drawing attention in connection with Park Jae's recent controversy.

Previously, in August, Park Jae posted a video on his YouTube channel "Willacle" claiming he suffered a fall from a wheelchair while getting off a KTX train, targeting a social service worker, which sparked controversy. It was later revealed that the incident occurred while he was receiving assistance from the social service worker, leading to strong backlash. The social service worker had assisted Park Jae according to procedure, and an error occurred during this process. Despite stating that he received a polite apology from the social service worker at the time, Park Jae obtained and released CCTV footage, insisting, "I was so angry."

Ultimately, this escalated into a "character controversy" for Park Jae. His YouTube channel, which had surpassed 1 million subscribers, has sharply declined to the 930,000 range as of the 12th, and the aftermath continues.

Meanwhile, after being diagnosed with full-body paralysis following a building fall accident in 2014, Park Jae recovered through rehabilitation to the point where he could move his upper body. He subsequently married Song Ji-eun, a former member of SECRET, in October 2024.
