SHINee��s Onew receives a severe ankle injury

SHINee is planning to stand on stage of KBS��s K-POP festival, Music Bank In Paris, to hold in France at 8:00 p.m. on February 8 (local time), but quite a severe ankle injury unfitted Onew, one of the members of the Korea��s popular boy group, for the French performance.

The news was initiated at a press conference with French and Korean reporters held before the performance. Along with the disappointing news, SHINee��s Jong Hyun delivered words of apology to fans.

Jong Hyun says, ��Due to his ankle injury, Onew could not possibly stand on stage in France. I am very sorry to have to tell you this. Next time, if opportunity occurs, all five members will be together.��

��This is the second time following the first French performance last year. Watching the last year��s show, I thought every country has each enthusiastic, fantastic culture of performing art. I think it is a great chance to exchange such cultures each other. In this sense, we��ll do our upmost efforts to show off our own characteristic performance,�� he added.
