Karas younger sister group, Puretty, debuts in Japan first
Prior to its debut in Korea, the rookie girl group Puretty is to give its debut performance in Japan in August.
The agency DSP Media said in an interview with Starnews, In August, Puretty will release its first single in Japan, the official debut appearance in music industry
Puretty is manages by the same agency of Kara and Rainbow who are highly popular in Japan. There are five members in the group: Hae In (18), Shi Yoon, Chae Kyung, So Min (16), and Jae Eun (14).
In January, the girls had their first performance at the press conference of Pretty Rhythm held in Trade and Industry Hall in Tokyo, Japan. They attracted eyes of Japanese media and entertainment agencies as they sang Pretty Girl by Kara, the older sister group.
On the 15th of June, Puretty performed their debut song for the first time at Tokyo Toy show 2012 in Tokyo Big Sight.
Their debut song Sobani Love is selected as the theme song for TV Tokyos animated series Pretty Rhythm which is currently on air in Japan. Moreover, the girls are to make appearance in the animation and related games as foreign students from Korea.
A staff member of the agency says, After debuting and performing for a certain period of time in Japan, they will be take an u-turn route to Korea.
