FT Island��s Song Seung Hyun is excited to appear in a musical

FT Island’s Song Seung Hyun recently talked about his feelings on appearing in a musical for the first time.

On July 25, Song attended a press conference for the musical Jack the Ripper and said, “I was so happy to receive an offer asking me to appear on the musical.”

He added, “I was really excited about appearing in the musical. I’m learning the pleasure of acting while performing with veteran actors.”

“Since I was a member of the band for a long time, it was difficult for me to perform in musicals because there were lots of different things happening. I’m still afraid of those things but I’m trying to overcome with it.”

He talked about a pivotal concept in the musical, “The stage itself rotates for different scenes. It will be fun for the audience to see the stage changing.”

Song plays the role of Daniel who is involved in a risky deal for the girl he loves.

The musical will perform in Korea on July 20 through August 25 and will perform in Tokyo, Japan, in September.
