Yura of Girl��s Day makes her acting debut in To the Beautiful You

Yura will play the comical role of Lee Eun Young, a big fan of the high jumper Kang Tae Jun (played by SHINee’s Minho) in SBS TV’s new drama series To the Beautiful You, which will start airing on August 15.

After finishing her first shooting on July 23, Yura said, “I love acting. I think it fits me. If I get to have a chance, I want to work as both a singer and an actress.”

Yura already made her acting debut in the Chinese drama series Secret Angel, starring Jang Woo Hyuk and Kim So Eun, which aired on Sohu.com. To the Beautiful You is Yura’s first drama series in Korea.

To the Beautiful You stars f(x)’s Sulli, SHINee’s Minho, Lee Hyun Woo, and Kim Ji Won.
