2NE1, who have recently started going on a world tour, will release a new single in Japan during their concert tour of Japan.

On August 10, YG Entertainment reported, “2NE1 will release a new single during their concert tour of Japan, which will start at the end of this month. While they’re on a world tour, they’ll also promote their new single in Japan.”

Successfully finishing a concert in Seoul on July 28, 2NE1 will hold next concerts in Osaka (from August 31 to September 2), Nagoya (September 7 to 8), Yokohama (September 11 to 12), and Saitama (September 28 to 29).

Because the new single will be released while 2NE1 are on a tour of Japan, it’s expected that it will attract a lot of attention in Japan.

2NE1 recently started going on their first world tour. Starting in Seoul, they’ll go around ten cities in seven countries. Because it’s 2NE1′s first large-scale tour, world-renowned crew and large-scale stages are prepared.

2NE1′s world tour has been planned by the Live Nation, a world-famous production agency, which has planned and managed the world tours of such world-renowned singers as Lady Gaga, Madonna, and U2. 2NE1 are the first Asian female singing group, for which the Live Nation invested in and planned a world tour.

2NE1 have postponed the release of their new domestic single in order to focus on their world tour. They were planning to release a new single three weeks after the release of “I Love You” on July 5, but they changed their plan and decided to release a new album in October instead.
