Kara is to hold an exclusive concert at the Tokyo Dome as the first Korean female artists to do so

Girl group Kara (composed of Park Gyuri, Nicole, Han Seung Yeon, Goo Hara, and Kang Jiyoung) is scheduled to hold an exclusive concert at the Tokyo Dome in Japan as the first Korean female artists to do so.

During their 2012 Sigma Festival in Okinawa on October 8, Kara made an official announcement that another exclusive concert will be held at the Tokyo Dome. It is planned for January 26 next year.

It is considered as a result of their hard work in Japan for the past three years, and they are the first Korean female artists to have a confirmed concert date at the Tokyo Dome.

This huge arena accommodates about 50,000 people, and it is known as the dream stage among Japanese singers. So far, the only Korean singers that have performed at the venue are TVXQ, Rain, and Big Bang
