An Australian performance agency recently filed a lawsuit and said, “Jay Park, a former member of group 2PM, unilaterally canceled his concert and it caused us damage.”

According to legal circles on October 26, Red & Blue Entertainment in Australia and Korea filed a 110 million won lawsuit in the Seoul Central District Court against Park and his agency.

A spokesperson for the Red & Blue says, “We decided to hold a K-pop concert for Korean residents in Australia and to donate scholarship for the students studying abroad. Park was supposed to attend the concert but he made an unilateral cancellation and it caused us damage.”

“A spokesperson for Park knew that canceling the concert would cause us damage. We will claim 110 million won first and then we will ask more after we find out exact damage we had.”
