Big Bang��s Seungri shows off his talent on Japanese variety shows

Working with many popular Japanese comedians, Seungri has become popular in Japan through many Japanese variety shows.

His energetic, hardworking image is praised by many people in the industry. Quickly reading the trend, he’s doing well on many Japanese variety shows.

A spokesperson for Seungri says, “Seungri has appealed to people in the industry and Japanese viewers with a witty, confident look. He quickly reads the trendy culture in Japan and apply them on the variety shows. He recently held a fan meeting in Japan and is appealing to many Japanese people with his distinctive image.”

The Oricon Style also interviewed Seungri. In the interview, Seungri said, “I want to do my best at every moment. I think I’ve gained this popularity because I’m so lucky. I’m really excited.”

Since Big Bang finished a tour of Japan last month, Seungri has worked in Japan individually. Having shown off his talent on many domestic variety shows, he became a host of Space Shower TV’s V.I From Big Bang and a special host of Fuji TV’s Sakigake! Ongaku Banzuke Eight in a month.

Seungri is currently in Japan, appearing on several variety shows. However, he will also participate in Big Bang’s world tour.
