A new couple has been born in the KBS 1 series Cheer Up Mr. Kim. In the episode of the series (written by Jo Jung Joo, directed by Hong Seok Gu and Kim Jong Yeon) that aired on December 21, Kim Tae Pyung (played by Kim Dong Wan) and Chun Ji Young (played by Choi Jung Yoon) officially become a couple and have begun to date with the permission of Chun Kyung Sul (played by Baek Il Seob).

Kim gathers the children and says, I’ve decided to date the teacher from downstairs. On hearing that, Hee Rae (played by Seo Ji Hee) goes to her room and closes the door without saying a word. Concerned, Kim knocks the door and enters the room.

Hee Rae complains to him, Do you feel butterflies in your stomach when you see the teacher from downstairs? Does your heart begin to pump like crazy when youre around her? Why dont you consider not just your own feelings but also think more about us?

Kim replies, Do you have to have butterflies in your stomach in order to fall in love with someone? Because I havent dated much, I might not know a lot of stuff, but a relationship based only on fluttering feelings does not last long. Im not the kind of person who will ignore you guys because I have butterflies in my stomach for someone. I want to fall in love with someone who is good for you and me.

In the same episode, Lee Woo Kyung (played by Wang Ji Hye) visits Baek Gun Wook (played by Yang Jin Woo) to say hello.
