Celebrities, including SNSD��s Jessica, file a suit against a cosmetic clinic

Popular entertainers, including actor Kim Nam Gil and singer BoA, recently filed a suit against a famous cosmetic clinic in Gangnam, Seoul. According to a report by sources in the law community on January 7, Kim Nam Gil, Song Hye Kyo, Jang Dong Gun, BoA, SNSD’s Jessica, and The Grace’s Stephanie have sued for 120 million won in damages. The suit was filed at the Seoul Central District Court against a cosmetic clinic for using their images on portal sites and blogs without their permission.

The entertainers said, “People can access the clinic blog by entering our names in the search box on portal sites. This can make people think that we are linked to the clinic or we have had plastic surgery.”

The Wonder Girls, SNSD, and actress Soo Ae had also previously filed a 220 million won damage suit against a famous dental clinic in Gangnam for using their pictures and names without permission.
