On January 23, King Kong Entertainment, Kim’s agency, released some still photos of Kim Beom working on the new SBS series That Winter, The Wind Blows, which will start airing in February after The Great Seer goes off the air. In the photos, Kim shows off a mature, manly look in a leather jacket with a leopard-print muffler, luxurious accessories, and red hair. He looks wild yet romantic.

In the new series, Kim plays the role of Park Jin Sung, a man who calls himself the right-hand man of Oh Soo (played by Jo In Sung), a professional poker gambler. He’s a short-tempered man, who often acts coldhearted.

That Winter, The Wind Blows is a love story about Oh Soo, who has grown up as an orphan, and Oh Young (played by Song Hye Kyo), a wealthy blind girl. In addition to Kim Beom, it stars Jo In Sung, Song Hye Kyo, Kim Tae Woo, Jung Eun Ji, Bae Jong Ok,, Kim Kyu Chul, and Seo Hyo Rim.
