Super Junior K.R.Y rank second on the Oricon Singles Chart

On January 24, Super Junior K.R.Y ranked second on the Oricon Daily Singles Chart with their new single Promise You. The song is their first single released in Japan. When it came out, on January 23, it sold 40,635 copies on the first day.

Super Junior K.R.Y is a project group formed by Super Junior’s Kyuhyun, Ryeowook, and Yesung, the main vocalists of Super Junior. The group differentiates itself from Super Junior by doing many emotional ballad numbers. Recently, at their first concert in Japan, they received an enthusiastic response by performing a total of 22 songs. The tickets for the concert sold out quickly, and an additional concert will be held at the Budokan on January 24.

Holding a concert at the Budokan means a lot because it is the biggest concert hall in Japan, where such world-famous artists as the Beatles and Avril Lavigne have held concerts. This will be a dream performance for Super Junior K.R.Y.
